How would you like to learn to make these deliciously yummy milkshakes?
They are so easy, you will be saying, "Why didn't I think of that?"

Here is what you will need:
Vanilla Ice Cream
Whipping Cream
Milk
Conversation Hearts
Corn Syrup
A large mug
Rolling pin or meat mallet {we used the mallet}
Plastic baggie
We placed about 30 of the candies in a small snack sized baggie and crushed them with our meat mallet into mini pieces or smaller.
This about the size they will be - if you can get them smaller that would be great, but this size works well too.
Add a touch of corn syrup to the rim of the glass {we used a cotton swab} and place the glass upside down into the crushed hearts. This will allow the candy to adhere to the rim. Because of the heat here in Dallas already, I placed our mug in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
While the mug is firming up, gather your ice cream and milk:
Scoop 4-6 large scoops of ice cream and place it in the blender**
Add about a 1/2 Cup Milk
Blend well
**amount will depend upon the size of your mug(s).
Once your candy sprinkled is cold, add your milkshake and top it with a generous amount of whipping cream and a perfect conversation heart
and there you have it - A Sweet Milkshake Valentine Treat to serve your Valentine!
