Summer is upon us and what better time to go GLAMPING! That's glamours camping! LOL

We are sparking the campfire with our Glamping Party!

When I was a little girl camping in the mountains was something we did on an annual basis. My birthday is in June so we would always be camping at a different campground around Colorado. So when talking to my daughter about her birthday last year, we just happened to be talking about camping. She had a lot of questions, since we have never been as a family. So the more I told her about it, the more she had the same feelings I did when I was a child. "Oh mommy I don't want to sleep on the ground what about all the bugs, what happens if something comes up to our tent, I don't want something to eat us." So as I told her little bit more about camping, and the kind of camping that I would think would be fun the more excited she got about a glamping party. Our Glamping Party Suite was born!
Isabella greeted all her guests at the door to Camp Isabella!

Some of the elements she wanted were glittered chandeliers, each girl to have their own tent {that is 10, yes 10 homemade tents all with different colored fabric, so not one of them were the same}, some fun lanterns and of course I had to make sure that there were eye masks for each of the girls. This party was so much fun to put together. I will share all the DIYs from this party in separate posts! All of our fabulous vendors were great. The beautiful chandeliers came from the very talented Lorren of Ten23 Design. I received them as naked wood. And I just knew I need to glam them up with glitter the color of the party. Each girl received a lantern from IKEA and eye masks from Ella and Annie online magazine. For the cake I opted for a very simple layered cake chocolate on the inside and white delicious buttercream frosting! I added my own "campfire" to the top of the cake. The girls loved it!

Because here at Camp Isabella, we care about our Glampers!

The next morning we all had breakfast with some bacon on a stick, juice, mini donuts, yogurt, breakfast trail mix, fresh fruit and mini pancakes with strawberries!

All the girls took home these adorable gable boxes which contained their flashlights, colored pencils from the scavenger hunt, s'mores sticks and a roll of gumballs!

Happy Glamping y'all!
