With Easter around the corner and Dallas hitting 60+ degrees ~ I do not know about you, but I am ready for SPRING! I am ready to hit the patio and spend more time outside. So when the opportunity arose for me to create a cocktail recipe using one of Lipton Iced Tea new iced tea products {Lipton Diet Green Tea Honey Ginseng and Lipton Half and Half ~ tea and lemonade}, I jumped on it!!
I like to enjoy a tall glass of iced tea. Most of the time it is great just the way it is, but sometimes I like it spiked! I created a Lemon Vodka Iced Tea! It is refreshing and light.
The recipe is best with a Absolut Vodka. I also added a touch of vodka to the ice cubes as well as small pieces of lemon. You don't want to over do the lemon since the tea already has lemon in it.
This would be a great drink for a girls night in! So grab your girlfriends, mix up some Lemon Vodka Iced Tea and play a little Dance Central!
