Have you had a gender reveal baby shower or attended one? They are pretty popular and so much fun! Wish I would have thought of this idea when I was preggo!! *wink*
Awhile back we styled this Gender Reveal Baby Shower photo shoot for the on-line magazine Tots to Teens
Spring/Summer 2012 issue {you can view the full photo shoot HERE} and we share the magazine layout here.We want to show you some of the photos and details with you ~ we are very happy how they turned out!
You have all seen the cake or cupcake that reveal the gender with the color of cake in the middle. We wanted something a little different so we chose mini tins and filled them to match the baby's gender!
We used the beautiful colors of grey, white and yellow! And it was a perfect sunny day to have our "baby shower". We used baby clothes as the banner ~ which normally the mom-to-be would take home with her as a gift from the hostess!
If you have followed us from the start you would recognize the branches from our Fairy Party {click here to view}. We thought this was a great statement for the dessert table!
This saying is particularly special to me ~ as it is the first quote I was given when I found out I was pregnant the first time & have loved it ever since!!
Some shots of the table!
Have you guessed what gender we revealed? Hmmmmm.......... anyone?
The dessert table!
A BOY!!!! We used York Peppermint Pieces as our "Reveal" candy choice!!
This is the invitation that we used! So fun!! The entire "You Are My Sunshine" gender reveal collection is available in our Shop!
We hope you love our Gender Reveal Baby Shower as much as we do!!
Have a Super Great Day!!!
xoxo,

Love the yellow and grey palette you chose. Then, having candy-filled tins for the reveal is such a cute idea!
ReplyDeleteThank you ~ Bellenza Bistro for your sweet words!! We thought using candy instead of cake would be a fun twist!
DeleteYour writing style is very creative. Baby gender calculator has always been a need of future parents and couples. So, desiredbaby.com is a website that helps to plan baby's gender and ensure results.
