I don't know about you, but I am so ready for Spring! The weather here in Dallas has been so cold, it almost feels as cold as Colorado! OK maybe not, but it has been super cold here lately! We normally don't see long cold spells, but February is one of the coldest months, although is it supposed to be in the 70s today! I will take it!

As I start planning my wardrobe for spring, I can't help but pick out some new finds along the way! I always purchase a few new pieces each season! Do you do that? I like to keep my closet up today with a few essential items. Shoes are always a must! If you know me, I LOVE shoes!! I have more shoes than anything else in my closet - no really! So I am loving these See by Chloe and Marc Fisher espadrilles!

To get me through the end of winter and into spring, when the days are warmer but the nights are still on the chilly side, I find myself living in my skinny jeans! These jeans are by my go-to pair!

Since the days are warmer, I love wearing lighter weight tops like this ruffle sleeve and this off the shoulder top! They are perfect for a girls luncheon or to run errands! Don't forget they look great with your favorite pair of skinny jeans and super cute heels - think date night! *wink*

My favorite lip color is this duo by NARS they pair nicely and I love wearing shades of pink and red during the spring and summer months. Don't forget to protect your eyes as the suns gets warmer and brighter as we get closer to summer! I love my Aviators!

Welcome to this week's Fab Friday Finds! If you missed last weeks, you can see it here! This week I gathered some finds I am getting inspiration from.

My hubby {aka my prop guy} and I have been talking about remodeling our home. With that in mind, I have started looking for new home decor. Because, let's face it, if you're going to remodel you need new furniture, right? Today I am sharing living room decor ideas. The blush pink pillow is the only item I am not sure really goes with this round up, but I do love it and can definitely find a place for it. I am thinking light grey walls with a darker grey sofa and navy chairs with navy and orange throw pillows. Using orange as my accent color, I want the pillows to have both colors in them. 

Front Gate has some amazing items like this beautiful sofa. I love the tuxedo-style arms and the silver nailhead detailing.

I found this Navy Square Pillow, but it only comes in 18", I think I really need 24" pillows for the sofa, maybe a solid navy instead! 

This Blush Pink Pillow is modern glam with it's chic geometric pattern! I love the metallic details and it comes is several sizes too.

 There is something about a wingchair that I just love, maybe it's because my grandparents had two gorgeous blue ones just like this when I was a kid! I love how this chair and the sofa look together! Such a rich palette.

I really love the simplicity of this coffee table. It is very chic without being overpowering. 

I have been eyeing these beauties for a LONG time and I would love to find a place for them in my home. Where would you suggest? Living room, bedroom or my office, so I can look at them all day long?  

Let me know your suggestions on accents colors for a grey sofa and navy chairs.
