Hello Friends!!!
Today we have a fun and festive tutorial to share with you!! I know, I know, it is not even Thanksgiving yet and here we are sharing a Christmas tutorial!! This is actually from a few weeks ago when we styled our Christmas photo shoot {more details to come on that soon}. We just couldn't wait any longer to share it with you!!
Cute right? It is so easy to make ~ here's how you can make one or 15!
Supplies you will need:
Marshmallows {we used the large jumbo size}
Chocolate chips or chocolate candy melts
Peppermint candy {we used candy canes, but you can use starlight mints}
Sticks {we used wooden candy sticks from HERE or you could also use lollipop sticks}
Red striped paper straw * optional *
Top with our Custom Christmas Gift Tags ~ you can get your's HERE
1) Place your candy in a plastic baggie and crush {we used a rolling pin}
2) Place chocolate in a bowl and melt in the microwave ~ ours took less than 30 seconds to melt
3) Take marshmallow on stick and twirl in the chocolate until it is fully covered
4) Once the marshmallow is fully covered in chocolate, coat the bottom and part of the sides with crushed peppermint candy. We only coated ours on the bottom and just enough on the sides so you could see it!
And..................there you have it!! 4 super easy steps!!
You will see these beauties in our Peppermint Twist Christmas Collection that will be featured right here in the very near future!!! Stay tuned!! We can't wait to show it to you, but first things first ~ we have to celebrate Thanksgiving!! Hope we can wait that long, before we share it!
If you decide to make these fun little treats, please let us know and send some photos ~ we'd love to see them!!!
