Good Morning friends! 
Believe it or not, Thanksgiving will be here before you know it! We are sharing our fabulous Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie recipe with you today! BEWARE.....this pie is oh so good!! I've warned you! 


Here's what you will need: 

Keebler Ready Crust with the 2 extra servings
2 - 8oz. Packages of cream cheese softend
1 can - 15oz. can of pumpkin puree
2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
2 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
Pinch of cinnamon & nutmeg *optional*


In a large mixing bowl beat the cream cheese until fluffy.



Add Pumpkin Spice 


And Sugar. Beat until combined.


Add eggs {one at a time} and stir pumpkin. Add pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg *optional*


Pour into crust. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool for 1 hr on cooling rack. Refrigerate for 3 hours. 


Garnished as desired. Store in refrigerator.
