Now that you have eaten the Turkey and Stuffing and all the other goodies that Thanksgiving provides, take off your shoes and kick back and relax.

Last year, we were invited to be part of Design Dazzle's Christmas Wonderful Series and we totally forgot to share this with you. Better late than never right?

 I am a mom to two small kiddos who not only love parties, but love to help in the kitchen whenever they can! Today we are sharing one of their favorite after school snacks!

Chocolate Marshmallow Crunch

What you will need:

Cookie Sheet
Foil
Graham Crackers {or Saltines}
1 cup Butter {unsalted}
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 cups Chocolate Chips
Mini Marshmallows

1) Line your cookie sheet with foil
2) Place Graham Crackers in single layer on cookie sheet

3) Bring butter and brown sugar to boil in small pan ~ boil for about 3 minutes
4) Pour the butter and brown sugar mixture over the crackers ~ making sure all the crackers are saturated

5) Bake at 400 for 5 minutes. The mixture will bubble.
6) Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the crackers ~ let the chips melt

7) Spread the chocolate chips over all the crackers

8) Add the marshmallows

9) Place in refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set

10) Once set, break into pieces

11) Wrap in parchment paper and place in a cute bag for giving to your neighbors or friends!

I hope you enjoy making this super easy and very yummy treat with your kids!
