There's a lot to love about Autumn, with the leaves changing from bright green to sage and the mix of vivid reds, oranges and golds. Autumn is all about cozy textures and minimal design that incorporate warmth! As the temperatures get cooler and everyone tends to retreat indoors for longer meals and warmer cocktails, it seems only fitting I design a tablescape around this idea.

To show off the deep brown of the table, I opted not to use a tablecloth, instead only using a soft sisal style placemat with gold detailing. Topping it with my go-to white dinner plates and adding a touch of yellow and deep orange with a berry pick and mini pumpkins to the setting help bring the textures together. I also pulled cloth napkins, for a pop of color.  Candles on a table, provide not only additional decor, but they also create a warm, comforting ambiance.

Hand woven garland made of eucalyptus and lamb's ear, laced with large white sunflowers, mini green pumpkins, pears and gold sprayed apples line the table.

Autumn is such a pretty time of year to entertain family and friends, whether it be inside or out. So invite them over to enjoy this wonderful season!

Happy Autumn!
