I don't know about you, but we've got Spring Fever and we are gearing up for Summertime!!! We love being outside until the sun goes down and enjoying the warmer weather.
That is why it's the perfect time to feature our colorful and vibrant Island Style Luau Party we designed and styled for my daughter. So grab your leis and your grass skirts and get ready to party at Isabella's Tiki Hut!

We had so much fun designing and styling this party! Kids love to have things that are personalized with their name on it, what better way for the kids to not lose their cup than to have their name on it, of easy finding later. There was only one boy at the party and that was the birthday girl's little brother, so it was only appropriate for him to have his own glass!
We wanted to portray the island feel throughout the party, so leis and grass skirts were used for the  main dessert table.

We asked our ever so talented baker to create a volcano cake for us, Shelley did not disappoint us! The kids had so much fun watching it erupt!

Of course, you can't have a party without all the yummy goodies!

Keeping with the Hawaiian theme, we created these fabulous fruit tarts {tutorial to come}.

We knew we had to have a pig roast!

A few months before the party we ran across these fabulous totem ice trays and we knew instantly they would have to be part of the party. What kid doesn't like Jell-O jigglers?

Our drink table hosted two kinds of beverages for the kids ~ lemonade and Hawaiian Punch in fun shell shaped bowls.

We couldn't resist decorating the utensils too, to match the rest of the decor.

Our mini dessert table held some fun items, like coconuts, "sandy" treats, chocolate seashells and fruit cups with palm tree toothpicks and brown pom-pom "coconuts".  But our favorite item on this table were the beautiful and simply delicious Hawaiian themed cookies by Roni's Sugar Creations!

To say “Mahalo” to the girls for coming, each one took home a lei and a personalized bracelet Isabella had made them.

For entertainment, our prop guy {my husband}, made a limbo for the girls to play; they swam and hula hooped.

We hope you enjoyed the party! It was so much fun.
You can find all of our designs including this party suite in our shop!
