Creating Signature Cocktails for Spring

Spring is the perfect time to breathe a little freshness into your life. You have probably already begun adding some new spring apparel to your closet. If you participate in ritual spring cleaning, you likely have also added some new décor to your home or at least rearranged the furniture for a fresh look. After the long winter, your taste buds may be craving a change as well. One of the most popular trends in the restaurant and catering industry today is the mixing of signature drinks. Rather than going out to enjoy these delights, I like to mix mine at home for myself and family or friends.

Recently, I stumbled upon a great cocktail recipe while attending a wedding at the Shenandoah Central New York Golf Club. The jade butterfly martini, as it is called, features a sweet, citrusy flavor and makes a great treat for guests at Easter brunch.

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a martini shaker and strain over ice into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a fruit for presentation.

Have fun mixing it up this spring with signature cocktails! You don't have to go out or spend lots of money to enjoy new flavors. Whether you enjoy them alone or with friends, have a good time and remember to drink responsibly.

Creating Signature Cocktails for Spring

WOW!!! Can you believe it is almost Easter? A little over two weeks away! We created a new collection to celebrate! Introducing our Easter Chevron Collection!! We love the colors and how it all came together! We picked this color palette because it is perfect for Easter and Spring. I don't know about you, but we are SO ready for both!!! 

We had so much fun creating this collection and styling it for the photo shoot. My family loves the day of a photo shoots, because of all the goodies!! 

Do you remember eating the edible bird nests as a kid? Me too! So we decided to make some, following this recipe they were so easy and we love how they turned out! For the vanilla cupcakes we frosted them with our favorite frosting .  We whipped up some fun goodies for the push-up pops {Whoppers and edible pearls to match the colors}! We had the hardest time finding Chevron party favor bags to match the color palette so we made our own from a template {I used a favor bag I had on hand and disassembled it}. Dressed the table using Astro Turf to get the feeling of "grass".  We hope you like this Easter table as much as we do!

The cute little bunnies were a new addition to our Easter decor this year!! We dressed them up by adding a little ribbon. 

Since lighting is not so hot in my house, we have to be quick and early to get the shots taken or wait until the next day ~ Oh yes, I have done that too!! We are talking about a 20 minute photo shoot window! My kids think I am a crazy woman at the time!

{New} Easter Chevron Collection + Sale

WOW!!! Can you believe it is almost Easter? A little over two weeks away! We created a new collection to celebrate! Introducing our Easter Chevron Collection!! We love the colors and how it all came together! We picked this color palette because it is perfect for Easter and Spring. I don't know about you, but we are SO ready for both!!!
